    I had a few problems with my car.. 1) cooling fan is bad ( bad motor bearings and makes awful noise) but since it didn’t do it while you had it, it did not get fixed, 2)the front axels make a noise while turning to the left, but your service tech didn’t hear anything, so it didn’t get fixed... I felt as if the technician didn’t put much thought into it.. but I could be just overthinking it.. never have had any issues with the Ironton shop but I seemed let down this time.. I was told that they will take my word on the fan (after I picked up the car) and get one ordered... now I have to go back whenever they call me.. my AC isn’t working and they said compressor is bad and priced that for me, but I chose not to fix that yet, due to cost.. hope this info was helpful and is used in a positive way to encourage your workforce to satisfy the customers. Thank you for this time and thank you for all the help in the past to provide a reliable service center!
